I am very confused about the 4.5 rating for this place. I ordered an iced flat white and was given the drink pictured below. I asked the barista if she could fix my drink as flat whites have less milk. She told me it was because of the “long pull” espresso. When I said that flat whites have less milk than a latte, the barista said I was wrong. Objectively, flat whites contain less milk than a latte. The barista then said she would be charging me for an extra shot of espresso to fix my drink to what I originally ordered. This wasn’t our only issue - we were a group of girls and other orders were wrong as well with issues like missing the cold foam on top. Moe Coffee has poor service and poor quality/accuracy of drinks. I would not recommend this spot.

Love the coffee here. There's limited parking but the stars were aligned and I found a spot right in front. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the barrista to show up. There was only one other couple present at 2pm on a Friday.

I usually don’t go to this location, and I do not know if it is the constant change of baristas, but the drinks are not it :/ I went in and ordered some drinks. Workers were okay…but the iced mocha that I was given straight up just tasted like milk. I ordered a mocha frappe with whip cream and I guess they just decided to make whatever :/ I do not mind something not being able to be made but the least one can do is let the customer know they can’t make it…and of course no receipt offered or option to see what they are really charging you for.

Love this place! The girls are the best! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They make fantastic drinks! Definitely order a Horchata or Lemonade! Make sure to say hello to Liz and Regina

I really wanted to like this place — it looks quaint, boutique, and charming from the outside, but the experience was the exact opposite. The coffee tasted like a basic Starbucks brew at best: extremely hot, bland, no flavor, and no latte art. The barista seemed to prioritize speed over quality, letting the milk steam way too long, which resulted in a burnt, unpleasant drink. I couldn’t even finish mine and ended up throwing it away. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, but it tasted like something you could grab from any grocery store and have heated up. Nothing fresh, nothing special. The patio looked cute at first glance, but even there the small details fell flat — fake plants, a general feeling of cheapness. The location doesn’t help either, right off the freeway and near the airport, with not much atmosphere around it.
